The service offered by Brisbane Bouquets was exemplary from the time of the initial consultation. I was immediately impressed with your patience and professional guidance of a very indecisive bride. This was followed up by a prompt quotation and a comforting reassurance that any changes would be accommodated. And I know from my involvement that this wasn’t a flippant offer, as you went out of your way to satisfy some very specific requests that I made with regard to the table settings. Your personal delivery of all the floral pieces, the pinning of the buttonholes to the men’s suits and your attendance at the church were all carried out efficiently and professionally with absolute attention to all the details. The bouquets were beautiful – Angie was delighted with hers as were the bridesmaids who had no involvement in the selection process. I was overwhelmed when I walked into the reception venue after you had added the flowers – the room looked sensational. It was understated and elegant just as we wanted, thanks in most part to the flower centerpieces in the candelabras. Everything that you did was beyond our expectations.
